The Company immediately destroys personal information upon achieving the purpose of the information’s collection and use. The destruction procedure and methods are as follows.

After attaining the personal information’s purpose , the personal information is retained by the Company for a certain amount of time in accordance with the personal information protection grounds under the Company’s internal policy and applicable laws (refer to Period of Retention and Use) and thereafter destroyed. Any personal information transferred to a database will not be used for other purposes unless otherwise provided by law.

Personal information stored electronically is deleted through a technical method that prevents the restoration of any records.

5. Disclosure of Personal Information

In principle, the Company does not provide personal information to any third parties. However, the Company may provide personal information to others under the following are exceptions.

6. Outsourcing of Personal Information Processing

In order to process the user’s personal information effectively, the Company outsources the following personal information processing tasks:

7. Measures to Ensure the Security of Personal Information

1) The user may request the Company to suspend the processing of their personal information at any time. However, the Company may reject such requests if any applicable law allows such rejection.

2) If the user is a child under the age of 14, the legal representative has the right to withdraw consent on the inquiry, correction, deletion, suspension of processing, collection and use of the user’s personal information.

3) If a user requests correction of their personal information, the incorrect personal information shall not be used until the Company corrects the error

8. Measures to Ensure Safety of Personal Information

The Company takes the following technological, administrative, and physical measures necessary to ensure the safety of the user’s personal information in accordance with applicable laws, such as the Personal Information Protection Act.

  • Technological measures: Management of access rights to the personal information system, installation of access restriction system, installation of security program, etc.

IP addresses may be generated and collected during the service use process. The company uses Google Analytics, a log analysis tool provided by Google, for the purpose of analyzing service use statistics. Through Google Analytics, we collect behavioral information on our website users, and even in this case, only information that cannot identify individuals is collected. 10. Use and Provision of Personal Information Within the Scope Reasonably Related to the Purpose of Collection
